If we install signal and tower in on the top of mountain then must be we can use internet network as well. Then Mr. Wangchuk talked to telephone companies for internet service.
What are the main problem to set up network service on mountain? One of the major problem is to reach power system to the top, it is around 7 to 10 kilowatt of power, How to maintain the batteries temperature, because the temperature is in minus at the top.
Mr. Wangchuk said why don't we use batteries and solar-powered system to build a power station. Then after many quarries and research Mr. Wangchuk find a technique through through the signals can travel wirelessly, An Indian company called NAV from Gujarat, which can provide optical wireless technology. Now they have LIFI technology which means LIFI is a wireless optical network technology that use light emitting diodes (LEDs) for data transmission, this needs only 100 to 200 Watt of power this can be generate from battery and solar panels.
Now the main problem it to take theses batteries and solar panels to the top and make a shade or battery house which maintain the temperature and allow battery and solar panels to work properly. With his team, they make a battery house in which battery will be in favorable temperature no matter what outside the temperature is. Then with his team they load the material to the top of Secmol mountain. And finally they successfully installed the first ever wireless communication technology at Mountain. This wireless technology work as first the LEDs(network signal) from the main tower is received in the receiver on the top of the mountain, again the signal is transmitted from the mountain's transmitter, which is received in the receiver of the school, which give network in the area.
Now, children are studying online, it is easy to understand and collect information with the help of internet. Due to Mr. Sonam wangchuk idea and his determination now it is possible to study online, also make history of world's first ever wireless network technology on top of mountain.
